Spennymoor Town Council welcomes feedback from its community.

We do everything possible to provide quality services which are value for money, respond to the wishes of our customers and, basically, we try to get things right. We recognise, however, that from time to time things go wrong and people will wish to complain about something with which the Council is involved.

If you wish to submit a complaint, please read our Complaints Policy and then you can either complete the form below or email info@spennymoor-tc.gov.uk.

Of course, we would much rather you contact us when things go well and you would like to express your appreciation to the Council. Please feel free to write or call when you think something has gone especially well.
