Residents and community groups are invited to have their say at a public meeting which aims to address how safe women and girls feel in Spennymoor.
The consultation will take place at 6pm on Wednesday, 21st December in the heart of the community at Spennymoor Town Hall (Memorial Hall).
Police including the force lead for violence against women and girls and key partners are keen to hear from local residents who are willing to share their experiences of living in Spennymoor.
It is also a chance for people to offer their suggestions and ideas on how police and partners can work together to improve the safety of women, girls, and the wider community.
The invite is open to everyone living in Spennymoor, so please, if you can, come along and help us make the town as safe as possible.
