NETOMNIA – PRESENTATION
INSTALLATION OF TELECOMS POLES ACROSS SPENNYMOOR
Local residents may have started to receive notification about the installation of telecoms poles (to provide fibre broadband) in their area, or indeed may have seen the actual installations around their homes.
Following concerns being raised by residents, Spennymoor Town Council has asked the company Netomnia to attend the Council Meeting on Tuesday 27th July to make a presentation on the work they are undertaking and to answer any queries or questions.
It should be noted that the installation of the poles is deemed to be ‘permitted development’ which in effect means that no individual or organisation can object to them.
However, if you have any concerns, queries or questions you are welcome to attend the meeting which will be held at 6.45pm in the Main Hall of the Town Hall.
If you cannot attend you can contact the Town Hall on 01388 815276 and have your concerns, queries or questions noted so that the Chair of the meeting can put this to Netomnia on your behalf.
The meeting will be livestreamed to Youtube and details of the link will be available on the Town Council website.
