Town Hall Archway Design & Build Project
SPENNYMOOR TOWN COUNCIL
Expression Of Interest To Tender For
TOWN HALL ARCHWAY DESIGN & BUILD PROJECT
The Town Council are offering the opportunity for an experienced and suitably qualified partner to provide a design and build for Spennymoor Town Hall Archway. The successful partner will have the capacity to deliver the project in full by 31st March 2019.
Innovative and creative companies are invited to put forward their designs and plans on how they will deliver this ‘design and build’ project within the necessary timescale.
Interested parties should note that the £120K project is subject to successful funding applications being made on behalf of /or by the Council.
