The Chikara Dojo of Kyokushin Karate is going to be putting on a FREE course over the 6 weeks holidays, this is for non members from the age of 5 and above

The idea of the course is to give the kids something to do and achieve over the holidays and also give them a taste of Kyokushin Karate.

Over the period of 6 weeks the kids will learn the basics of Karate, from Kata to pad work right through to sparring and not forgetting Dojo etiquette.

By coming regularly to the free allocated sessions they will also increase their fitness which will be monitored throughout the 6 week course, they will meet new friends and build good relationships with the members of the club.

Once the course is completed there will be an option to join the Kyokushin Family and maybe a little freebie

**FREE COURSE** ok folks So, our free course, designed for 5 years and over (new members only) will start on Monday 23rd July and will be ran by both male and female instructors. Times are Monday 6-7pm, Wednesday 6-7pm and Friday 5-6pm. The course is designed as a taster to give the children a taste of what Kyokushin is really like. It’s main focus is building confidence, self esteem, making new friends, learning discipline and having fun!! Knowing how to defend yourself is crucial and we want to help people because knowledge is power!! If you’re interested in the course please get in touch! We have a limited amount of spaces available. Your child will need a bottle of water, bobble for long hair and something easy to train in, joggers or leggings and a t-shirt are preferable. The boring stuff for the adults will be a consent form and a medical form. We will post regular updates and progress reports will be given. The course will run for 6 weeks ( 18 lessons in total) and a tag will be given to those who attend a minimum of 80% of the lessons. This is a fantastic opportunity and completely FREE!! There are NO costs attached to this offer. Nor is there a contract to sign up after the course has ended. Any questions please ask!!
