Jubilee Park Easter Trail
Families were invited to hop into Easter at Jubilee Park and enjoy a colourful adventure along the Easter Trail. Participants searched for hidden yellow letters throughout the park and helped the Easter Bunny crack the mystery word.
This fun family trail was commissioned by Spennymoor Town Council, designed and produced by Daisy Arts, and generously funded through County Councillor Billy McAloon's grant funding. The project brought a bright splash of creativity to Spennymoor during the Easter season.
Trail leaflets were available from a number of local venues, including:
Spennymoor Town Hall Main Reception
The Bob Abley Gallery
The Sweet Shop
Memories Card Shop
The Flower Shop
Express Coffee Shop
R. Defty
Once completed, participants unscrambled the letters and submitted their trail leaflets via the post boxes located in Spennymoor Town Hall Main Reception or the Bob Abley Gallery. Parents and guardians were asked to ensure their contact details were correct before submitting entries.
Three prizes were available to be won, adding an extra element of excitement for young explorers. The three winners were Noah, Isaac and Florence Mai.
The Easter Trail provided a free, family-friendly activity that encouraged children and families to explore Jubilee Park, enjoy the outdoors, and take part in a fun seasonal challenge.
