Join us at Celebrate Spennymoor 2026 and showcase your talents in our popular Bloom, Bake & Create Competition.

Whether you’re a keen gardener, talented baker, creative crafter, budding photographer, artist, poet, or grow-your-own enthusiast, there’s a category for everyone to enjoy. With dedicated Under 16s classes, the competition offers a fantastic opportunity for all ages to get involved and share their skills with the community.

Competition Details

• Dates: Friday 4 September & Saturday 5 September 2026
• Venue: Spennymoor Town Hall
• Entry Fee: 50p per class
• Prizes: Cash prizes available across a range of categories

• Vegetables and Produce
• Flowers and Floral Displays
• Baking
• Arts and Crafts
• Poetry
• Art
• Photography
• Under 16s Categories

Visitors can also enjoy everything the wider Celebrate Spennymoor Community Event has to offer, including information stalls, the Bob Abley Art Gallery, the Mining Museum, and the new Pit Stop Café.
