JOB VACANY - FACILITY ASSISTANT

Spennymoor Town Council is looking to recruit a highly motivated, customer focused and multi skilled individual to join our successful in-house team.
It is expected that the successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a minimum of one of the three key areas involved in the role, which are Building Maintenance & Compliance; Fire, Safety & Security; Events & Public Facilities.

The role includes key holding duties and the working pattern involves days, evenings, and weekends on a rota basis.
This is a full time, permanent position. Salary Grade 4; SCP 5-8 (£25,583 - £26,824).
