Public Representatives Board Vacancies

We have vacancies on the Spennymoor Area Action Partnership Board for three Public Representatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a local resident with a keen interest in the local community to join a dynamic and proactive Board, who have successfully supported a number of projects throughout the area since our formation in 2009.

The role isn’t onerous in terms of time commitments, there’s a need to attend regular Board meetings and preferably to have input to at least one of our Task & Finish Groups overseeing our priorities for the year. You will be required to be comfortable with IT, enough to take part in meetings over the internet but really it’s about sharing your valuable local knowledge and being passionate about your community – helping to make a difference in our area.

If you’re interested in applying, please email us for an application pack:

Email: spennyaap@durham.gov.uk

Web: http://www.durham.gov.uk/spennyaap

The closing date for applications is 5.00pm on Friday 21st May 2021.

Interviews will be held at the beginning of June.
