Urgent Temporary Road Closure Notice
11 Durham St (rear), Spennymoor, DL16 7AT.
Owing to a NWL water leak, it has been necessary to temporarily close to vehicular traffic from 3rd February 2021 a 10 metre length of Durham St, Spennymoor at the rear of number 11.
The urgent closure, which is being effected by means of Notice under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, is necessary to permit urgent repair works to be carried out.
The maximum duration of the closure under this Notice is 5 days. It is anticipated that the closure will be effective for a period of 5 days.
Throughout the period of closure access/egress will be available to vehicular traffic from the side of 21 Durham St, and 40 Willow Rd.
