The Town Council are able to offer the above premises for rent. The current monthly rental payable for the premises will be £355.75 (inclusive of VAT).  This payment will include water rates and central heating.  The tenant will be responsible for all electricity charges.

Any parties interested in renting the premises from the Town Council should contact the Town Clerk, in writing, indicating the nature of their intended business no later than 12 noon on Friday 11^th September 2020.

The obtaining of planning consent and all associated costs for any signage and any intended change of use of the premises will be the responsibility of the successful applicant.
