Holy Innocents Church Yard – Dog waste

Following a discussion on this site re the removal of a dog waste bin in Holy Innocents closed graveyard, the Town Council have arranged with DCC to replace the bin. STC Council Staff will clear up the mess.  Further, the STC Enforcement Warden has been asked to visit this area out of uniform, to attempt to catch those who are throwing full dog bags on the floor, or indeed allowing their dogs to foul and not picking it up.
